We've got two double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms available as a result of two existing housemates getting on so well together that they're moving out to rent a place of their own - so we're looking for two new housemates!

This recently refurbished house is situated on a quiet street just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and retail parks where there’s shopping, cafes, supermarkets and the bus station with routes to all areas of Kettering and beyond. It’s also 10 minutes’ walk from Kettering General Hospital, and 15 minutes’ walk to Kettering railway station, making London, Leicester and Nottingham accessible for work. A 20-minute walk will get you to the Kettering Arena with all its sports facilities, and you can walk to Kettering’s well-known Wicksteed Park within ½ hour. And as if that’s not enough, there’s an electric bike and scooter scheme covering the area, so you don’t have to have a car to live here!

Both bedrooms available are at the upstairs rear of the house overlooking the large garden.
